ARTICULO 4.1.9.0.6 .- DE LAS DELEGACIONES PARA ORDENAR GASTOS. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá delegar en el Secretario General de la Superintendencia Bancaria y en el Director General Administrativo y Financiero de la misma, la ordenación de gastos sobre la cuenta de que trata el artículo anterior según cuantías y clase de los mismos, teniendo en cuenta las normas legales sobre contratación y con sujeción en un todo a la apropiación presupuestal de ley, a la correspondiente resolución ministerial de distribución presupuestal de apropiación y a las demás normas de la ley 38 de 1989 o las que la modifiquen o sustituyan.
