Los concesionarios deberán pagar una contraprestación para la explotación de playas y terrenos de bajamar. El valor de la contraprestación se destinará en un 80% a la Nación y en un 20% al Municipio donde estén localizados los puertos y será recaudado por la Superintendencia General de Puertos.
