El Gobierno pondrá a disposición de la Comisión a que se refiere el artículo anterior los estudios, planos, presupuestos y demás elementos relacionados con el trazado del valle de Patía, a fin de que emita su concepto sobre la ruta que debe adoptarse, teniendo en cuenta, además de las actuales circunstancias en pro y en contra de cada una de dichas vías, las futuras conveniencias nacionales.
