Toda solicitud de visa temporal, ordinaria de negocios transitoria o permanente, de residente, de residente cónyuge de nacional colombiano, de aclaración de visa, de traslado de visa y toda gestión tendiente a prolongar la permanencia de los extranjeros en el país, deberá ser presentada en formulario impreso y distribuido por el Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
