Artículo segundo. Las Juntas Organizadoras de las Exposiciones que patrocine y auxilie el Ministerio de Agricultura, y las cuáles deben estar integradas en un noventa por ciento (90%) por ganaderos de la región, darán representación efectiva, a las Asociaciones de Criadores, y éstas a su vez responderán ante el Ministerio de Agricultura por la correcta presentación de la raza de acuerdo con sus reglamentos.
