Inversiones. Los recursos del Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales deberán invertirse exclusivamente en títulos o bonos de deuda pública de la Nación o en valores de contenido crediticio inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios, calificados como triple A (AAA) o equivalente, por las agencias calificadoras de valores autorizadas por la Superintendencia de Valores. Los valores representativos de las inversiones del Fondo deberán depositarse en un depósito central de valores.
