Los menores adoptados, además de los requisitos señalados en el artículo anterior deberán acompañar fotocopia autenticada de la sentencia de adopción con constancia de ejecutoria. Para los menores de siete (7) años cuyo padre adoptante sea extranjero este deberá presentar el pasaporte vigente y adjuntar fotocopia autenticada del mismo.
