Causales para adelantar el procedimiento correctivo y sancionatorio. Además de lo establecido en el artículo 113 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, se considerarán causales de inadecuado, ineficiente, ineficaz e ilegal uso de los recursos del SGR, la ejecución de proyectos no definidos por el representante legal de la entidad habilitada, o cuando el proyecto de inversión no cumpla los requisitos referenciados en el presente decreto-ley.
