Los Inspectores y Subinspectores en su caso practicarán visitas por lo menos dos veces al mes en los Bancos y demás instituciones de Crédito que les corresponda examinar y se cerciorarán por medio de arqueos y revisiones numéricas de que se cumplen las prescripciones legales. De estas diligencias se sentarán actas que deben ser publicadas en el periódico oficial.
