º. En los contratos que celebre el Gobierno sobre administración de bienes de la Nación o recaudos de rentas pertenecientes al erario, o en los de prórroga o renovación de los mismos, debe estipularse expresamente que el contratista queda sujeto a la reglamentación del control fiscal que dicte la Contraloría General de la República, requisito sin el cual tales contratos serán absolutamente nulos.
