°. Cobro coactivo. Los alcaldes municipales o distritales podrán hacer efectivas las multas por razón de las infracciones a este decreto, a través de la jurisdicción coactiva, con arreglo a lo que sobre ejecuciones fiscales establezca la Ley 1066 de 2006 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
