Competencia en los juicios contra los establecimientos públicos.- En los juicios que se sigan contra un establecimiento público, o una entidad o empresa oficial, será Juez competente el del lugar del domicilio del demandado, o del lugar en donde se haya prestado el servicio, a elección del actor.
