En cualquier tiempo anterior o posterior a la práctica de la liquidación, los deudores del impuesto y recargos podrán hacer pagos voluntarios como abono al valor de la liquidación que se haya practicado o haya de practicarse, sin perjuicio de la jurisdicción coactiva y de que puedan hacerse efectivos los pagos forzosos de que tratan los artículos 53, 57, 65, 68, 75, 76, 77 y otros de la Ley 63 de 1936.
