A los individuos que resultaren favorecidos de acuerdo con el artículo anterior y el artículo 13 de esta Ley, se les abonarán las cuotas a que hace referencia el artículo 3º, a la cuota mensual hipotecaria. Terminada la obligación hipotecaria, cesará también la obligación de la cuota de ahorro.
