Los Establecimientos Públicos Del Orden Nacional A Que Se Refiere El Decreto 1082 Del 2 De Junio De 1988, Deberán Consignar En La Tesorería General De La República, A Más Tardar El 31 De Octubre Del Presente Año, El Valor Fijado Como Transferencia En Favor Del Presupuesto Nacional

° Los establecimientos públicos del orden nacional a que se refiere el Decreto 1082 del 2 de junio de 1988, deberán consignar en la Tesorería General de la República, a más tardar el 31 de octubre del presente año, el valor fijado como transferencia en favor del presupuesto nacional.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General del Presupuesto - aprobará el flujo de desembolsos para que cada uno de los establecimientos públicos, conforme a su situación financiera, consignen periódicamente y hasta el término previsto en el presente artículo, el total de la transferencia a que están obligados.
