° El servicio de esa guarnición será prestado por la unidad del Ejército que designe el Ministerio de Guerra, y. constará del siguiente personal de Oficiales y tropa en comisión: Un Oficial superior, como Comandante de la guarnición, y los Oficiales, Suboficiales y soldados correspondientes a una Unidad fundamental, sin perjuicio de, que el Ministerio de Guerra pueda aumentar esta dotación cuando lo estime conveniente.
