º Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en los artículos anteriores, cuando las corporaciones autónomas regionales ejerzan las competencias que venían ejerciendo el Ministerio de Salud y los organismos del Sistema Nacional de Salud, aplicarán las normas expedidas por dicho Ministerio, hasta tanto se expidan las disposiciones que la sustituyan, modifiquen o reformen.
