° El Escalafón de Reservistas de Honor estará conformado por la lista de Oficiales, Suboficiales, Soldados, Grumetes, Infantes, Agentes y Agentes Auxiliares de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional respectivamente, que reúnan los requisitos contemplados en el artículo 1° de la Ley 14 de 1990 y en las Estatutos de Carrera correspondientes.
