Competencia . La competencia para evaluar se inicia a partir de los siguientes escalones de mando

a)

Para evaluar oficiales: Comandante de Estación y Jefe de Sección.

b)

Para evaluar suboficiales: Comandante de Sección de Vigilancia y Jefe de Grupo.

c)

Para evaluar personal civil: A partir de los mismos escalones, según la categoría a la cual se asimile.
