amends ley 1952/19

Modifícase el artículo 240 de la Ley 1952 de 2019 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 240. Titularidad de la acción disciplinaria. La acción jurisdiccional disciplinaria corresponde al Estado y se ejerce por la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial y las Comisiones Seccionales de Disciplina Judicial.
