Entrega de historias clínicas. Las historias clínicas y demás documentos que tengan relación con los servicios de salud prestados a los usuarios de la Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino en Liquidación, serán entregadas al Instituto de Seguros Sociales o quien haga sus veces, a las demás Entidades Administradoras de Planes de Beneficios y a las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, con las que se hayan suscrito contratos de prestación de servicios, quienes serán responsables de la custodia y del manejo de las mismas, de acuerdo con la normatividad existente en la materia.
