El licenciamiento es el procedimiento mediante el cual se verifica que las entidades dedicadas a la prestación de servicios de salud cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto. Conduce a la expedición por parte de la autoridad competente, de la licencia para prestar servicios de salud.
