Delégase en las asociaciones de municipios que se creen o funcionen conforme a esta ley la facultad de reglamentar, distribuir, conceder, suspender o legalizar, en nombre de la Nación, el uso y explotación de las aguas de uso público en los terrenos de su jurisdicción, para fines domésticos, industriales o de abastecimiento público, sujetándose, para ello, a las disposiciones nacionales vigentes sobre la materia.
