Ninguno de los establecimientos enumerados en el artículo anterior podrá poseer en una corporación privada de ahorro y vivienda acciones que excedan del treinta por ciento (30%) del capital de ésta. Además, ninguna persona, cualquiera que sea el número de acciones de que sea dueña, tendrá en las asambleas derecho a voto por más del veinticinco por ciento (25%) del total de votos en que se divide el capital social.
