Propuesto el recurso de casación, la Corte podrá dictar, si lo creyere necesario para el mejor esclarecimiento de los hechos y por una sola vez, un auto para mejor proveer.

Parágrafo

Si la Corte decide dictar auto para mejor proveer podrá tener en cuenta las pruebas que pidan tanto el Procurador como el interesado.
