° Para los efectos de que trata el artículo 96 del Código Fiscal, el Ministerio de Guerra enviará al de Industrias y Trabajo el plano de la zona delimitada en el artículo anterior, a fin de que por este último Despacho se dicte oportunamente la respectiva resolución, la que será registrada y publicada en el Diario Oficial.
