Los Síndicos Recaudadores pondrán en conocimiento de las respectivas autoridades las infracciones de la Ley o del presente Decreto, por parte de los Jueces y Magistrados, Secretarios y demás empleados de Juzgados y Tribunales, a fin de que se les apliquen las sanciones correspondientes. Los Jueces y Magistrados harán saber las irregularidades en que incurran los Síndicos Recaudadores, para los mismos efectos.
