Prueba de la calidad de compañero permanente. Se presumirá compañero o compañera permanente quien haya sido inscrito como tal por el causante en la respectiva entidad administradora. Igualmente se podrá acreditar dicha calidad por cualquier medio probatorio previsto en la ley. (Decreto 1889 de 1994, artículo 11)
