Artículo único. Créase el puesto de Escribiente de la Oficina del Interventor del Gobierno en el contrato con la Casa Norton Griffiths & Co., Limited, para la construcción del ferrocarril Tolima- Huila-Caquetá hacia Neiva, con la asignación de $ 100 mensuales, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor José Ignacio Avilés. Los sueldos de este empleado se pagarán en la misma forma que los del Interventor y los del Abogado Secretario Comuníquese y publíquese.
