Art. 1.° Concédese una recompensa de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) á las personas que, conforme á la Ley 153 de 1887 , representan los derechos del finado General Emigdio Briceño militar de la Independencia, y que no hayan recibido hasta ahora pensión ni recompensa del Tesoro público por razón de los servicios del expresado General.

Esta suma se pagará íntegramente en moneda legal.
