Evaluación al cumplimiento del periodo de prueba . Dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al vencimiento del período de prueba o en cualquier momento, a juicio del superior inmediato, el desempeño laboral del empleado será valorado en el instrumento que rija para la entidad. Harán parte de la calificación definitiva las evaluaciones parciales que se le hayan efectuado durante este período. (Decreto 4080 de 2006, artículo 31)
