Artículo primero. A partir del primero de enero de 1939 se prorroga por dos meses más el funcionamiento de la Comisión Sanitaria del Valle del Sinú, con asiento en Lorica, con las asignaciones y la partida para gastos de materiales, drogas, etc., que se señalaron en el Decreto número 1819, de octubre 7 del corriente año.
