Cuando se reforme total o parcialmente la planta de empleos de la Aerocivil, no tendrá la calidad de nuevo nombramiento la incorporación que se efectúe en cargos iguales o equivalentes a los suprimidos a quienes los venían ejerciendo en calidad de provisionales o transitorios.
