Al propio tiempo que funcione el Congreso a que se refiere esta Ley, tendrá lugar en la misma ciudad un Exposición Nacional Agrícola, Industrial, Pecuaria y Minera. Los productos destinados a dicha Exposición serán transportados libremente por los correos y ferrocarriles nacionales. Los ganados de cualquier clase que sean, tendrán derecho al transporte gratuito en los mismos ferrocarriles.
