Los varones colombianos comprendidos entre los 31 a 50 años de edad, que no tenga libreta militar al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley, serán clasificados, para efectos del pago de la cuota de compensación militar dentro de las normas dadas en los artículos 33 y 34, sin recargos ni sanciones.
