º . El Consejo Nacional de Cooperativas tendrá la composición y funciones previstas en los artículos 5º y 9º de la Ley 24 de 1981. Se reunirá ordinariamente dos (2) veces al año, y extraordinariamente cuando lo considere necesario o conveniente su Presidente, o a solicitud de la mayoría de sus miembros. En todos los casos será convocado por el Presidente.
