Reuniones. Las reuniones de la Junta Directiva serán presididos por el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, y se efectuarán en la ciudad de Bogotá, en forma ordinaria, por lo menos una vez al mes, y extraordinariamente, cuando sea convocada por el Presidente o el Director General. También podrá celebrar reuniones en otros lugares del país.

Parágrafo 1

A las reuniones de la Junta Directiva concurrirá con voz pero sin voto el Director General. Deberán concurrir también los demás funcionarios que la Junta Directiva o el Director General determinen.

Parágrafo 2

Las reuniones, de la Junta se harán constar en un libro de actas, las cuales se autorizarán con las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario de la Junta.
