Art. 7. Luego que el Director reciba los estados que mensualmente deben remitirle las factorías i administraciones del ramo, procedera el examen de ellos. Si resultaren algunos cargos o reparos, los hará a las respectivas oficinas, exijiendo las contestaciones i aclaraciones necesarias; pero si estuvieren corrientes les dará entrada en la cuenta general i en las especiales de cada ramo según las partidas que contengan; i hará en las cuentas corrientes todos los cargos i abonos que aparezcan del estado, no solo a la oficina que la rinde, sino también a los particulares que resulten tener cuenta con la renta.
