Artículo único. A los individuos que resultaren comprometidos en los motines, tumultos y acunadas que han tenido lugar en estos días, y en cualquier otro trastorno del orden social, á más de las penas que les corresponden según la Ley de orden público, se les impondrá la multa pecuniaria que en proporción les corresponda por los gastos que ocasionen las medidas que el Gobierno haya tenido que adoptar para la conservación del orden.
