LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 121.Calificación.- Los Tribunales Seccionales del Trabajo conocerán, en única instancia, de los asuntos sobre declaratoria de ilegalidad de huelgas, de oficio, a solicitud de parte, a petición del Ministerio del Trabajo, del Ministerio Publico o de cualquier ciudadano.
