º . Modifícase el numeral 1 del artículo 18 del Decreto 210 de 2003, el cual quedará así: 1. Desarrollar las funciones de ejecución, control y vigilancia de la política de comercio exterior en materia de trámites, procedimientos de comercio exterior y prácticas desleales de comercio, y realizar estudios y análisis estadísticos sobre las operaciones de comercio exterior.
