De conformidad con los artículos 27 y 49 del Decreto 3118 de 1968, los Establecimientos Públicos afiliados liquidarán y girarán mensualmente al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro el valor de la cuantía que anualmente se cause a favor de sus trabajadores y empleados. El incumplimiento de lo ordenado en el presente artículo dará lugar a que la Contraloría General de la república se abstenga de tramitar giros para gastos de la entidad.
