Artículo único. Concédese por una sola vez, á la viuda é hijos del General Joaquín Duran P. la recompensa de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) de que disfrutarán por partes iguales.

Dicha cantidad se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos del próximo bienio.
