Creáse una Junta de Manejo de los fondos destinados para las obras que se auxilian con motivo del centenario de que se trata, la que será constituida por cinco (5) miembros, así: un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, otro de la Contraloría General de la República, el Tesorero Municipal, el Alcalde y el Presidente del Concejo de Mosquera.
