Este mismo sistema de comprobación emplearan las Municipalidades cuando la solicitud verse sobre la segregación de uno o varios Distritos de un departamento para incorporarse en otro limítrofe, o cuando se refiera à la reunión de dos Departamentos en uno solo, o cuando tenga por objeto señalar la capital de la nueva entidad, o cualquiera otra comprobación relacionada con los Consejos Municipales.
