El artículo 299 del Código Civil quedará así: Tanto la administración como el usufructo cesan cuando se extingue la patria potestad y cuando por sentencia judicial se declare a los padres que la ejercen responsables de dolo o culpa grave en el desempeño de la primera. Se presume culpa cuando se disminuyen considerablemente los bienes o se aumenta el pasivo sin causa justificada.
