La Comisión Interinstitucional contra las Bandas y Redes Criminales, respetando las funciones constitucionales y legales de cada una de las entidades del Estado que la componen, tendrá por objeto articular esfuerzos, que permitan la captura y judicialización de personas que conformen o hagan parte de las Bandas.
