La Comisión Intersectorial de Seguridad Aeroportuaria se reunirá de manera ordinaria dos (2) veces en el año, en el primer y segundo semestre, respectivamente, y de manera extraordinaria, por convocatoria de su Presidente o por solicitud de por lo menos dos (2) de sus miembros. La Comisión sesionará válidamente al menos con seis (6) de sus miembros. Las decisiones y recomendaciones se adoptarán por la mayoría simple de sus asistentes".
