Restitución de tierras de integrantes del pueblo Rrom . Las Kumpañy o los integrantes del pueblo Rrom o Gitano que hubieren sido víctimas de despojo o abandono de tierras o predios, tendrán derecho a la restitución. En este caso, podrán solicitar a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Tierras Despojadas la inclusión preferencial en el Registro de Tierras presuntamente abandonadas o despojadas e iniciar el proceso judicial de restitución en los términos de la Ley 1448 de 2011.
