REDUCCIONES AL PRESUPUESTO DE RENTAS Y RECURSOS DE CAPITAL . Teniendo en cuenta el impacto negativo en los ingresos por los efectos sobre las finanzas públicas ocasionados por el coronavirus -COVID 19 redúzcase el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 2020 en la suma de VEINTITRES BILLONES SETECIENTOS TREINTA Y UN MIL MILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($23.731.000.000.000), según el siguiente detalle:
